I'm James.Since 2021, I've been keeping busy people accountable daily to their ideal self-care habits.I've had my own battles with weight and health issues, having been diagnosed with Crohn's Disease at age 21.I now help tech professionals manage their health through a combination of 'Motivational Interviewing' and the 'Tracking + Accountability' model for habit change.
